About

I'm Jonathan, a front-end developer. I build sites with React and TypeScript and I care about what most people never notice: the page that loads fast, the keyboard focus, the animation that stays out of the way. Outside work, I'm always building projects of my own, just out of curiosity to make something that didn't exist yet. I've been making good shit since 2019, and my knowledge is about as big as my Google search history.

    Front-end developer

    Freelance

Websites and web apps for artists, businesses and creators, from design to launch. I build everything with React, TypeScript and Next.js, keeping an eye on performance and accessibility. Navarro is the one I keep evolving these days. IanHQ and Executive Limousine are already delivered.

I maintain and evolve Agro credit projects built with Angular, TypeScript, Java and Spring Boot, moved the credit proposals to the new React and TypeScript stack and built the new project from scratch, set up in every environment. I also took care of the digital assemblies and the Pertencer tools, and a React component library of 90+ components, documented in Storybook. Before that I built a file approval portal, from the screen prototypes to the deploy, with at least 80% test coverage. I also taught the scholarship program to a class of 10 students, from HTML, CSS and JavaScript to a hospital medication calculator in React.

  3. May 2019 – Nov 2020

I built the whole company site on Salesforce Community, with Lightning Web Components and JavaScript, plus an API that sent leads straight to Marketing Cloud. I also set up the relationship journeys and emails there.

  5. Jun 2017 – May 2018
